RULES !
1. you must be a professor.
2. you must have a GOOD reason for adding or subtracting, unless the admin gives permission (i.e. a professor like snape)
3. you may not play favorites. try and give house points to all houses, as well as subtracting them! stay away from taking too many from slytherins.
4. you must be in a thread with a/any student(s) and catch them in the act of doing something good/bad to add/subtract points
