welcome to the world of prefecting! [/i][/color][/size][/font] [/center] unfortunately, students from durmstrang & beauxbatons may not participate in being prefects. as such, they do not have to abide by the things prefects say. still, prefects can report incidents to the headmasters of the outside schools, and it is asserted that students of any school will abide by the school rules.

HOUSE & YEAR: slytherin and sixth year
POSITION: prefect
REASON FOR JOINING: again this has something to do with celeste's urge to defy other's. sure there are those who think she'd make a great prefect and head girl, but the majority just don't figure her the type to be involved with the school programs and things of the like. again, celeste actually likes the idea of being a prefect. her mother was prefect and head girl back in her day, it's sort of like something celeste's been born to do. in a sense. she's a leader, not a follower. besides, she'd jump at any opportunity to assign punishments to those who don't follow the rules. anything she does benefits her. and that's the way she likes it.

NAME: Aubrey Lynn McNeal
HOUSE & YEAR: Gryffindor&&Sixth Year
POSITION: Prefect
REASON FOR JOINING: Since I knew that I would never be able to play Quidditch from my incident in Flying Class in my first year I worked hard on showing an example for other students. I do my homework and hand it in on time. I obey almost all of the rules (I break one once in a while, but I believe that everyone does) and yet I still hang out with my friends. I feel that being a prefect not only must I set an example for other students, but I believe that you should be friendly and nice towards them. After all, I don’t want the first-years scared of me.

POSITION: head girl
REASON FOR JOINING: saphira may not seem the likeliest of candidates for a position like this, however, i feel as though she would take the job seriously, and abide by the rules. she may appear weak and meak at first, but she's got the heart of a lion and won't back down when someone tries to disrespect her or the things she stands for. she's very passionate about the things in life, and i feel like this would be one of those things. though she's not uptight and all about the rules twenty-four/seven.
